ENTRIES & FEES

$16.00 per Class, $20.00 Office Fee per Entry, $15 Office Fee for Pre-Entry by deadline
ENTRIES MAY BE EMAILED BACK TO THE BCHC EMAIL ADDRESS PRE-ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 12PM FRIDAY JUNE 14th.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. As per Maryland state requirements, ALL horses and ponies must present a negative Coggins, dated 12 months prior to show date, must be presented to the Show Office before any back number is issued.
2. Any individual mounted on a horse or pony at any time on the show grounds must wear protective headgear that meets current ASTM-SEI standards, with the harness secured.
3. Show management reserves the right to make changes to the show schedule as needed, including but not limited to: class locations, additions, cancellations, and combinations.
4. STALLIONS ARE BARRED from competition and show grounds.
5. A completed and signed release form (must be 18 or older to sign) and payment must be left with the show once before entry back number will be issued. Checks can be made out to Baltimore County Horse Council
6. All entries will be judged on soundness at the trot upon entering the ring. The decision of the ring’s respective judge is final.
7. Baltimore County Horse Council and the show management and staff assume no responsibility for any damage, accident, or injury which may occur to any horse, exhibitor, spectator, equipment, or vehicle at any time while on the show grounds.
8. Schooling will be permitted in ring until 7:45 am. Restrictions may be imposed during schooling to ensure exhibitor safety at the discretion of show management and show steward. Schooling break offered throughout the show day.
9. A junior rider is anyone under 18 years of age as of December 1st of the previous year.
10. Six (6) ribbons will be awarded in each class. Champion and Reserve Champion ribbons will be awarded for each division.
11. Very Green Hunter- for horses/ponies just starting their show careers
12. Baby Green Hunter – horses/ponies who have never shown above 2′ in their 1st or 2nd year of showing

Holly VanCourt Memorial Derby

Open to all riders, jumps 2’6″ & 3ft. First round to b ridden over a 10 jump regular hunter course with 2, higher jump options. Second round will be a shortened handy round which will include a trot jump.

8 ribbons, prize money through 6th place

Entry fee $35.00 – All money collected will go directly to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Entries MUST be paid with a check made out to the charity or cash. NO EXEMPTIONS!
